All products displayed on this Website are subject to availability. We do not publish pricing online. All pricing is provided via formal quotation upon request and is valid for the period stated in the quotation. Prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to display product colours, finishes, and specifications accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen calibration, photography lighting, and manufacturing tolerances. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

5. Orders & Quotations

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. Orders are confirmed only upon issuance of a Proforma Invoice or Sales Order Confirmation by Varen. All orders are subject to our standard trading terms, which will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation by us, any payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified on each Proforma Invoice or Sales Order Confirmation. For project and trade accounts, credit terms may be offered subject to credit approval. Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the invoice or as permitted by UAE law.

7. Delivery & Lead Times

Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation and receipt of any required advance payment. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: manufacturer delays, shipping and logistics disruptions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

8. Warranty

All products supplied by Varen are genuine and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Varen facilitates warranty claims but does not provide a direct warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the order specification. Any return must be authorized in writing by Varen. Custom-ordered or special-finish products are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
